I was a massive fan of his work and deed. Especially when I was younger, he was my musical idol.
The oxymoronic thing is that everybody went how he was pedophile while he was alive, and now everybody are crying and r.i.p.ing all over the place.
Still, respect for Michael Jackson. Some of his deeds (namely, "They don't care about us", "Black or White", "Man in the Mirror" and many others) brought great message among men, but men failed to utilize it.
So don't mock with him. The highest court of US released him from allegations about pedophilia.
And about the plastic operations etc... I have no comment on something that's so self-evident

Yes you have the record, like millions and millions of others because it is the best selling piece of vinyl of all time.

I see.
So, in further cases, you really don't have to be so sarcastic. I mean, I wanted to share the thing that I have the original Thriller record with you (because I am happy about it) and not brag and show off, but you constantly misunderstand the point.

I thought it was funny
reminds me of a line in a famous sketch by the Belgian comedian Urbanus in which he is approached by a fan who says 'I bought all your records!' and he replies 'Oh YOU are the one who bought them all??'
How much room do hundreds of millions of records take up

That's a massive amount.
Say we have typical 12" plate.
12" = 30.48 cm
Area of plate = (30.48 / 2)^2 x Pi =
=~ 729.65 cm2
Volume = area * height.
As far as I remember, the height was about 3 mm (0.3 cm).
So 729.65 x 0.3 = 218.895 cm3, or 0.218895 cubic meters.
Multiply by a million = 218.895 cubic meters.
And about the hundreds...
218 895 cubic meters.
That's what I say is a big pile of music.
Imagine the weight of this thing!

the thing is, it was not that easy for people in Macedonia to get hold of something like this. when I remember, when the UN imposed economic sanctions on Yugoslavia, it was really hard getting anything thats not homemade or made in Russia (USSR then). so I guess our friend Muaddib is proud to own such a piece, and to tha tI can relate
Im just translating this to the topic, Battledrone dont get offended cause this below is not aimed at you or anyone in particular
its not that hard to be polite and take things into account, that is when you actually include your brain in the process of thinking
if only people would be more observing instead of accusing. more aware of things vs appear as CNN brainwashed masses. those assholes made you believe Michael Jackson was a pedophile, whereas not a single piece of evidence was proved, neither was he accused on any charge he was up against. but thats not what you remember. nooooo because they didnt tell you. they made a whole mess of things and were very loud over accusations and trials. when Michael actually proved his innocence, I dont remember it was such a media rush?
