but what is nothing? you cant say nothing really exists. it is a word to define absence of anything. its a total oposite of everything, so from a mathematical pov as we know absolutes equal each other. methaphysically and spiritually too, nothing is everything and everything is nothing. with so much goings on, we dailly, unknowingly strive for nothing. in order to achieve anything too, you first start with nothing, its how we are born, with nothing. we can strive for everything but we can never have it. on the other hand we think we can always achieve nothing by doing nothing but it is a fallacy, as we always are doing something, like sitting and breathing

nothing is 0. it's something by being nothing. the lack of something is something in itself. 0 is a number by being no number at all. but yeah, 0 is not a real number. it's an integer.
so if the absolutes equal each other then if you can control nothing you can control everything. want nothing, need nothing, lack nothing. we have everything we need.
it's easier to have nothing. is it better? from what point of view. spiritually one should not strive for extremes. nothing and everything is too much. everything in moderation, even moderation.
