Numark Total Control is nice, since you can reprogram it for anything (it shouts MIDI signals through USB). I have it, and I have to say it is quality (for what you can expect from a USB DJ Console). I use it to control Virtual DJ, but I sometimes program it to use faders and switches in FL Studio.

I've found that controllers just don't compare to the real thing althought there are some very good advantages, the obvious ones. I've just bought some CDJ 2000s and they are the best I've ever used and well worth the money! I've had hercules and the vestax dj controllers but not used the numark which do look good. It's a personal thing I suppose.
