I'm really enjoying your style. Really nice and dark yet still smooth. Turn down that wah wah wah sound in the intro its overpowering the mix. Your best bet is to turn the master down and listen to it quietly to see if everything you want to hear is still coming through. Add some more drum programming as well. Great sounds design and DARK sounds what sample pack r u using? Also once you finish a song leave it alone for a long time then come back to it...trust me. Drum snare could hit harder and more crisp. Other than that this is a funky enjoyable track. Keep it up and finish that other track, "business"
thanks for the tips,,, will try that low volume listening thing, just heard it on headphones, can somewhen explain what/how i should improve the stereo spectrum (cause it sounds shit) i know/think bassy sound usually are centered....... Sample packs none, junglist, hydra, superwave8 for lead and bass, techy sounds are mostly (i think) from this old japanese freeware game ~99/2000, and other equally abstract sources (no copyrights though)..... as i said this is a very old tune......
I like this track because it really is an INSTRUCTA
. I think the drums are a bit in the back ground and the synths are too loud it makes a little bit of chaos in it.Try to spend some time in the equalizer so you can hear better the differences.Maybe turn down a little of that distortion you used but just till its less noisy try to do it whithout losting the good sound it has got now. PS:sorry for my english
I think you need to fiddle around way more to get the master right but pleaz do it! cuz i think the tune is really cool but the mix sounds a bit too broken
i think you should check out the EQ ,get all te elements in there places (cut the low out of the pads etc. etc.) if you can get your hands on Izotope Ozone vst, i think that's a nice 1 for compression etc.
