First bit is Splash Step by Break, then Diplodocus gets mixed in. Diplodocus is one of the cleanest sounding tracks I've ever heard, hands down.

I Think this is 1 of the tightest mixdowns ive heard ill proberly be wrong but its tight. its not drum and bass though

For old school that just kicks it is Konflict aka Kemal & Rob Data.
Absolutely Gods when it comes to the mixdown.
Some of Kemal's tunes still sound awesome today. Really well balanced and wonderfully engineered.

For the new school I would say Misanthrop. The man has the perfect balance between punchy and dynamics in his tunes.
