Very nice old skool vibe, reminds me of Omni Trio. I dunno if the retriggering of the pad in the beginning is intended or part of the sound you were going for, but I had a little trouble relaxing and getting into the vibe at first because the pad was 'stuttering'. I think maybe some portamento/glide would help improve it, but I think the vibe is definitely one of the best things about this track once it starts rolling! Also, the bassdrum sounds like it's a seperate part from the rest of the amen - one of the things I think is really important about DnB, is that all of the elements sound like they are being played together in the same room. That's not to say, "add a reverb to the master" , I just mean, I think the drum sound would improve if the kick and the shuffle meshed a bit more. Maybe a little bit of EQing would help, or bringing up the volume on the amen. I don't detect any interference between the kick and bass, so you've got half the battle won already! Interesting track. Sounding a bit muffled so far. Turn the snare up a bit, maybe some layering too.
