Intro fx are cut a bit oo sound before the drums hit in (if this is intended, ignore remark).
Later on the same FX stay a tad too long.
Track sounds weird but it has a certain coolness. The drum variation around 1:18 doesn't work.
The FX (and the track stopping) are overused, this way there is no chance for a buildup of a vibe. WTF at 2:25, total change of style and then back again. The structure of this track is somewhat confusing. Don't make all these sudden changes, imagine a crowd dancing to this, they will be confused and head for the bar or go to the toilet.
I still get the feeling that your tune is more or less a bunch of loops being fired random-ish. Put some more work in editing the stuff.

The start of the track is kind a wierd, but when the beats and bas came starts be allright, vocals to loud for sure, changes in drum loop to sudden and akward, later vocals dont fit and tooooo loud man, you got to put some more work in this, might be promissing. OO and beat need hi end
hi there, quite a broken up intro (from the vocal to the strings, there is a slight silence a litte fx would help it flow better imo), vocal sounds a bit too loud in the mix relative to the other elements, drums in comparison sounds a bit distant
drums could use a bit more, they sound a bit rigid and dry
i think if u stripped down the elements, seems theres quite a few different things going on and doesn't quite flow or make sense to me, it could work better by simplyfying the whole thing and focus on the elements to make it flow
structure wise it needs a lot of work i'd say, i do like the strings n pads, nice dreamy feel to it tho
Don't like that very weird intro vocal(?), drops right away could've had some intro. Female vocal is way too loud and needs proper effects.
Its way too random, can't find any structure at all. And that heehahh sample (the one before the track really starts) need to go, seriously.
Ok, the track's way too random. Too bad, cuz i really hear you got some nice chilly vibe with your main loop. (the choir vocal or whats it).

I agree with most of the above, there's definately some good ideas going on but maybe too many at one time. It definately has a nice vibe. The main dreamy loop is great and i love the phazy bass. But some points are really random and unexpected, spoils the flow of the track imo. Maybe a few more hours on the effects and structure would help m8.
