Any idea if FL8 can go into 'windowed' mode so i can drag it over to my tv screen?

I like the idea of FL on a 42" but cant seem to get it over. I've tried maximising and restoring down the main screen to get the edges pulled in so i can drag it over, but my sausage fingers cant seem to do it.

Anyone know if this is possible?
Im sure i've seen dual/triple moniter setups on YT with FL running....

Cheers chaps
