Liking the intro very much, orchestral stuff is sick
Again your crash-sample seems to be too short, sounds weird
"Silent" part before drop is great, I would like to hear a kick rush or even a tom roll before it drops,
so it wouldnt sound so abrupt if you know what I mean
Nice edits and variations, overall very good so far
What do you use for the basses?
thanks for the comments peps....drums are a combination of a david carbone break, a BHK break and a bunch of vengence one shots, plus a load of processing with eq, a camel phat to distort em slightly and compress the drums as a group....bass is made of 3 different reece's all processed seperately distorted with camel phat's and izotope trash too (mutli-band option is amazing....).....will get some reverb on that crash too, make it decay a bit longer....
sweet orchestral bits in the intro mate, very teebee-esque! solid beat too, defo feelin the bass a bit more beefier than some of previous stuff, nasty stuff
can't really think of any critique tbh man, just get it mastered and ur sorted, sounds like ur on a roll!
Drumz definitely need to stand out a bit more. This track is heavy. The bassline has a nice sonic feel to it. Love the intro by the way it's very movie'esque. I think with some EQ'ing and a few FX this will be a killer tune. Excellent job as always.
nice atmos for starters im likin the intro as mentioned before its remenisent of some of teebee stuff drums are nice but could be a little more defined but as they are they work nicely with the track bass is really nice sounds quality it does sound a little too wide to me though some nice changes in the drum pattern then it comes to the breakdown. some of the sounds you are really nice i think the mix sounds a little wide though and maybe not as defined as it could be. all in all though a quality track just needs more definition and it a winner
shit that bass should have hit hard the sub bottoms following that high sweep
drops wickedly tho
after it does its a bit standard, a little let down. but theres room for improving, or not depending if you want to do something off the hook, if not its cool as it is
drums could be lower pitched or grittier or something to contain the evil sounding distortion of the bass
First off. This really sounds like something that would be played during a combat scene in Assassins Creed(The Game) Drumline is a great but could be a bit louder. The Baseline really seems to want to say something but the words wont come out, i really dig that.Your Drop at 3:15 was nicely done Then it dropped again, wasnt expecting that. Overall i enjoyed it.
Love the stringy intro!
Very atmospheric. Sounds like the start of a movie. The beats lack a bit of punch tho, especially when it drops. Bassline is pretty good but gets a tad tiresome after a while. I would love to hear you incorporate some strings into the drops. It would help tie the intro and drops together. Overall, good stuff.

cheers for the reviews peps, yeh the strings are sampled from the film 'kingom of heaven', chopped em up and re-arranged em. then layered em with some atmospherics and a low drone made with Ravity, with a cheeky camel space to make em a bit spacey....yeh the drums do need some sorting, im on that now

first off this track has a fucking sweet intro, really like the sampled strings and synth combo at the start its awesome mate. Epic intro, then comes the drop, bang! was not expecting that! dirty reese action mate thats badboy stuff! great movement in that Bassline you have got some skills there for sure. All i can say n the way of critique is maybe beef up the drums a bit, give the snare a bit of a boost around 200 maybe. (you may read that last comment and shout Noooo!! but i do think a track like tis could use a little more low end in the snare to help it cut through the mix, but that5s just me!) Solid track mate, very impressive stuff. Lovin The Devils Eyes too. safe
