i dont want to read all this crap , but cant she just make her own custart : milk + flower + sugar ... ? Smile

i didnt even know u could buy already made custard in a shop , we always make it ourself when baking a cake or so

or im wrong and i dont fully understand custard Big Grin

570ml/1 pint milk
55ml/2fl oz single cream
1 vanilla pod or ½ tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs, yolks only
30g/1oz caster sugar
2 level tsp cornflour

and so you are right, i never knew that. maybe thats why my custard was always shit Big Grin

Thing that really got me about the story was... Well, how can I put this... They actually reported it! Things must be pretty slow in Kent, if they report about some woman not being able to buy a packet of custard Big Grin
