Hi to all!
Firstly, I was googling through net for a MIDI composer, but I didn't find any.
The type of program I seek is kinda basic VB3.0 (VisualBasic is here just to show that the program doesn't necessarily need to have good UI just to be functional) program that can serve for composing MIDI files. It should have drum/bass/kicks/piano/'stuff' packs or at least a web page for download.
I need it for my cell phone, so I desperately seek for it.
Anyone with an Idea where I can find this program(s) please respond. 10x

Can't you use Cubase for that?
But I'm sure there are specific ringtone composers, but I don't know any, sorry

Well, I don't have money to buy Cubase 
but I know one ringtone composer. The FUCKING problem is that it composes only piano synth, which means that drums/basses/etc. cannot be inserted! Damn. Help pls!
