Not an easy question...it depends on my mood really, sometimes i like it dark and heavy, sometimes i really dig the jazzy stuff, female vocals etc...

Mostly hard rolling drumpatterns (like amens and tramens) combined with deep heavely distored basslines to the trick for me and some hoovers can't be bad either, so I guess that makes me a techstep lova Big Grin

Lately I do kinda like it when there are some trancey influences, but that souldn't go too far, it should still have the techstep feel to it...

i can listen to any kind of dnb,getting into old school,ragga jungle,liquid funk and breakcore a lot again lately
but when i'm at my girlfriend i prefer laidback stuff like good looking or something from wax doctor Big Grin

most preferd thing of the moment is old school good looking style though,travelling part 2,the western,the bell tune,.. that kind of stuff

Heh, I like jungle and dnb... but in dnb I hate that "jump-up" style.. I mean, all the same and the same. It has some happy sounding, which I like but it is the same. It almost sounds like DnB-House mix...

Whatever, I like Techstep. DarkStep and DarkCore not that much. Smile

What would, "Capone-->{Down With The Lite's}" be cateragorized under,..and how bout,--> "Jump Up",..what or who's a good example of this style of D&B??.....And would the mighty--> "Evol Intent" be hard step??...Never really took to the whole style/type thing but i shure would like to know what that "Capone" tune's under<--.that would have to be my fav stlye/type,.. allong with whatever the mighty {Evol Intent} style/type Wink

it depends on my mood.

im always up for some old skool dnb, but i love new stuff like limewax, spl, tech itch(not really new...) evol intent, and kryptic minds & leon switch, but i also like neurofunk like noisia, chase & status, drifter(noisia), prolix, and then i just like some weird stuff like nucleus and paradox.

Im assumin "Capone" is old jungle,..no clue what "Jump up is though"..A well,.nowaday's the sub genre's are needed imo,..i used to think Evol,..Noisia,..ect, was just modern jungle/drum n bass with a bunch of knew element's,..but i relize now that it's a completely different type of beef all together,..bout the only thing that's same same, is all the old break's that are still used and even those are rarley done in the same way...Can anyone slap a few name's of producer's down, that are still producin tune's with the old style jungle in full effect??...cheer's all... Bigup

i like most styles of dnb,although i got some fav. eras for every of them
for example intelligent i prefer the older good looking stuff,ragga jungle the same,techstep more the 2001 stuff
etc..
