£800 - £1000 last time I checked.......depends on the condition though.
They're great for a live setup and if I had the money i'd get one.... but I agree with Ghost. If you're working almost exclusively in software, there's not much point. Just get some really high quality 808 samples and use your sampler.

Use Rebirth, which is freeware nowadays, and they say it is the closest a software can emulate a TB-303.
At least give it a try before you spend a fortune on the real piece.

Buying the hardware might be good if you want to invest your money, otherwise it's better to use software.
Midified versions are very expensive and since these things are analogue you need to keep in mind that they will break down some day.
Drummachine can be replaced with some decent samples.
303 can be replaced with a VSTi. AudioRealism’s BassLine 2 is the thing to beat when it comes down to sound. Rebirth is very mediocre sounding really but it's free.

It's not always about the sound the 303 makes but the sequencer itself. And if you have any other 1 volt per octave synths (Moog, Arp, Sequential) you can use the 303 cv/gate out to control them which is an added dimension that makes the 303 an amazing little synth. Now that the future-retro sequencer copy of the 303 is gone and selling used for so much you'll realize you're getting that exact sequencer free with the purchase of the 303.
