Ok so I want to sample my little phatty into Live using Midi programming from Reason through an Akai MPK49 controller but I cant get the MIDI out, presumably being fed through it from Reason, of the Akai controller to trigger note hits on the LP. Any suggestions?

open an audio track in live, select from the tracks drop down tabs "reason"
and hit the "in" button for that track,
now open the reason file you wanna use, thats now rewired.
solo th rewire channel, and render(bounce) the reason part.
(theres is another way where you have two tracks in live one for rewire and one to "listen" to the rewire track as you record reason live,so when you render it draws the audio from the rewire track)
or failing that just bounce the part straight out a reason then import to live as audio.
bit long winded this way as you gotta close reason, then open live
