Please check out my new track 'Positive Vibez' and post your comments here!

Yo, this is a wobble / ragga track that I've just finished, let me know your thoughts. I thought it might be something different for on here as most of the tunes i'm hearing are really techy so let me know big ups all drumnbass.be heads!

sounds very nice from the beginning, very good use of vocals and nice break... i expected a more powerful track after the drop, but that's probably how you wanted it. likin the bass and use of sounds, but you could add more changes throughout the track (im too struggling with repetetivness Big Grin )
still a cool track, likin the vibe & style, enjoyed!

ez , well the beats sound a bit too over passed and tinny and sound far too weak , no great power to the track , i think the drop should have bin at the 1:20 mark cus the buildup seemed a bit to long , u need to put a sub underneath the main wobble bass to give it the power u need !

I like the way this one starts out...very clean trebly breaks! I also like the vocals. I personally have a hard time wirting drum and bass tracks with vocals in between. The bass line that drops after the first verse is especially nice and clean. I'm not a big fan of ragga but the ragga elements in your tune are well thought out! I'm very impressed with the way this tune has direction and doesn't lose its vibrancy. The title is cool too! I would like to hear more of your work!!! I think I'm going to download this tune and use it in one of my sets in the near future! I appreciate you posting this one because it had me wobbling. I'm more of a tech head but yours has me crossing over!!

Don't like the way the snare is being changed in the intro.
Track sounds really thin. the hihats and ghost snares are hi-passed to the max which takes away their power. Kick is very faint in the main part, snare is quite powerless. Drums need a lowend. Wobble bass also fails to punch big, layer a sub underneath and eq the low end differently to make it stand out.
Composition is quite ok.

the rollers in the beats could do with bringing in a bit n the bass sample could do with brightening up a bit n bring out. like the style tho. reminds me of congo natty stuff, keep on it

ez man, nice loud master, agree with CB got some congo naaaty-ness to it haven't heard some ragga influenced stuff on here in a while, great stuff Big Grin

defo feelin the vibes, good combo of vocals, stabs and fx Bigup

i'd tone down the hi hat shuffles, they're really ear piercing, just make em a bit more subtle Wink

i agree with battledrone that i didnt like the snare change in the intro, the intro is a little bit long imo, turn down the shuffle a bit, and i dont really think that the bass rolls with the tune. With a bit of work this tune could be a nice catchy one, so keep at it!

? i wouldnt say that any label has a standard intro length, plus 95% of my records have a 32bar intro, not that it really matters lol. when i said that it was too long, i ment that it just kinda dragged on, keep up with it though, would like to hear it when ts finished
