Nice drums.
The intro with only the vocals and the string is a bit simple, maybe add some effects there.
Nice way to drop, playing with the audience's expectations. Nice.
Gets a bit boring after a few minutes though, always that same bassline and vocals. Only changing the melody isn't enough to keep intrest.

Soundwise there's a lot to improve I think.
The snare drum is too thin, like you EQd out everything below 1kHz. Put some more punch in the snare. Also the kick drum is thin, it's not kicking if you know what I mean 
Drum programming is decent though, nice work on the hihats. Can use some more variations though throughout the song.
The short break at 3:11 is great stuff 
Some of the vocal samples are clicking at the beginning and / or the end. This is noticeable in the quiet break at 1:23 in the middle. Try putting a short fade at the start and the end of the sample.
I like the powerful 16/16 repeating lead line, and the alternating bass line which sometimes comes in.
There is a sub bass but I can hardly hear it, it sometimes comes through on my headphones as a weird pumping low end modulation, but mostly it's way to deep buried away.
Buildup needs some work, gets a bit boring after a while.
