i just wanted to ask whether any1 ever uses this as i really think its a crackin peace of software its basically an 808 a 909 and a bassline synth but the drums feature is perticularly good i though because u get a lot more control of the initial clean sound whats ur views ??
I have it, but I think that it is just easier to emulate a 303 with thor with a matrix for the patterns. I sampled the 909 and 808 to use in reason, even though there is the rebirth refill available at the propellerheads site.
The filters and distortion sound great in rebirth. I wish I could process sounds from reason in them.
Yeah it's a nice little program, especially as it's free now. I haven't used it for ages actually, as I was using the AudioRealism Bassline. Which as Haph says is very good and with high quality 808 & 909 samples I think you have more flexibity using a combination of those in your chosen DAW. It's still fun to use though
but as far as the rebirth goes it's hardware quality synth, and there's a lot of thoes out and audiorealism bassline is the ONLY one i have found to emulate that same sound, as good as rebirth.
