Hello all,

I just tried this:

The linux version of Renoise,

I'm running it on Ubuntu 8.10 (fully updated & latest kernel, and it's going very smoothly! Happy

I recommend to try this stuff out if you are interested in Linux-DAW performance/possibilities...

I'm convinced!

just unpack, run install.sh as root and fire it up!

Total installation time on a "default" laptop of 2 years old: less than 5 seconds


Try it! And be stunned of the growing Linux possibilities!!!! Big Grin

(I got no latency or lags or whatsoever,(no thorough benchmark either, but wtf, it works; good Wink )
