First track that I've done in ages. Been a hectic month or 2. Anyway. This was done exclusively with Reason 3. All sounds (synths) are my own work, made in Reason. Hopefully it isn't to bassy, My new computer sounds a bit different to my last one. __ 04-02-2009 08:29 alternate force Cool Producer Registration Date: 23-01-2009 Posts: 215 Helpfulness rating:  yeah mate i must admit it sounds a bit muffled and distorted not too much thou , i see what ur going 4 , i liked the drop sample , but then the drop sounded a bit wierd cause of the distort on the bass , nice tune thou , deffinately old skool sound , yeah the snare needs some more ummpth , all ur beats need some high end , if u r looking to get stuff released u need to start sorting these things out , if u have issues with ur sound system u need to get it sorted or u will have the same out come every time , a lesson i have had my self !!!!!! __ http://www.myspace.com/dubkinetik 04-02-2009 14:10 DJ ANARKY unregistered Like the intro 4 starters-The synths seem 2 work ok together.Defo think ur drums need sum more punch-specially for the kinda tune u goin for.Bass dus sound hevvy-fink u need to bring the mids out 2 make it more gritty n poss sum more edits.Think overall with some better eq'in this cud be a descent track-spend time makin each individual sound stand clear.Kepp workin mate 04-02-2009 15:40 Mov3mnt Producer Registration Date: 22-01-2009 Posts: 26 does sound a bit bassy. the sub is quite loud. compared to the rest of the mix. other element kinda get lost. especially those mid synths. kick definately gets lost in the bass. needs separation. maybe a highter frequency kick. it really gets lost when the bass lines underneath it. punchier kick too maybe. mybe some compression. i like the atmaspherics. cool high pitch synth sound through the song. sets the tone well. i t think the snare culd be louder aswell. compressed more/ volume up. the high cymbals need more sizzle too. i think maybe high pass filtering. i like the flow of the song. nice dark tune. some cool sound in it. 04-02-2009 17:05 cynik Cp6uja Registration Date: 15-03-2005 Posts: 5,646 Helpfulness rating:  too much squelch in the intro IMO, would work better (darker) if you filtered em from the lows drops: drums are in the back, theres deff too much sub but not enough of the meaty sub-kick bass, sounds too separated level issues with that squelchy fx synth, way too loud, reeq it tune is not bad, actually I like it, the vocal although in a loop doesnt bore but works well with everything else all in all needs a sound rehaul but as a tune its got quite potential keep at __ https://soundcloud.com/tsai-vidro-voves 04-02-2009 18:54 Ketz Thinking outside the box... Thought the bass might be a problem. I have re-written the track. Slightly darker style now...
