hey. I use logic now, but have been using reason again a bit recently on my old p.c. it never used to do it, but ive noticed that where the transport line thing is on the tune, it is about a bar behind where the tune is actually playing... ive forgotten what this is to do with, can anyone help me out? thanks.

I am not a Reason user, but this is probably the latency setting as you pointed out. You set the latency too high, lets say 300ms. It means that you give your PC extra 300ms to handle all the bussines it needs to do - this causes those late reactions. Look for latency in the setting and set it lower. But remember - the lower the latency is the faster PC you need. Or use external soundcard if u have one Smile . Hope this helps.
