Reese is great, split it up into at least 2 mixer channels, one is for the sub (lowpass around 100Hz rolling off) keep it mono. The other one should be highpassed around 300Hz (rolling up) and get some stereo on this one. Otherwise the tune sounds completely mono.
You've done some great improvements...

mix an everything sounds nice, structurally theres some nice build ups too, but i think if the bass had a bit more movement it would work a bit better. the sub just plays the two main notes that are two bars long, maybe if u just make some more interesting rhythms with it (maybe like short 1/16th notes or something), it would make people wana dance etc a bit more if u kno what i mean (im a bit shit at explaining lol) or maybe change the LFOs on 1 of the synths so it rapidly changes the filter frequency or something? with a few small changes this could be a wicked track.

Tune is a dull for me until it hits the 2.30 mark. That modulated bassline is definitely crying out for a deep sub underneath tho. The whole tune is concentrated in the mid range. As Battle said, it's also very mono. Makes it sound narrow and small. Needs more stereo panning. Beats are nicely EQed and roll well. They sound like a few loops layered on top of each other? The melody on the bassline is great and the modulation really adds texture and makes it interesting. You can almost feel it. But like I said, it definitely needs a sub underneath. Apart from that, it's a decent tune mate, I like it.
