Please check out my new track 'Menacingly [not Ghastly...different Tune]' and post your comments here!
Dark moody vibe is what I'm trying to achieve with this one. Intro's not done yet, and drop needs some work, but the cornerstone is here, judge that homies. YES I sampled mothafuckin Spongebob. xP.

Drums are very good, but they are too upfront causing all the other stuff to disappear a bit in the background. Drums could do with some variations. And the bassline just follows the drums all the time, making the tune a tad too repetitive. But you're right about the cornerstone, it can be a big tune.
Bigups for Spongebob, proving that you don't need to sample horror movies to build a scary atmosphere!
Gives you a good score for originality.

Wow, this has potential! But Battle is totally right to say the drums are overpowering the other melodies. That's a real shame because the melodies sound great. There's a high pitched synth in there which is brilliant. It contrasts against all the low-end heaviness perfectly and gives the listener a hook. Beats are good but sound far too compressed to me. You can hear them ducking far too much. Sounds very weird. You'd never hear a pro tune doing that. The bass definitely needs work because it's being reduced to a small murmur in the background. The beats are hogging all the space. No matter how good you think the beats are, don't put them so upfront to the extent that they dominate the bass. The bass and beats need to be about equal in most dnb tunes, including this one.
But like I said, there's big potential in this. If this was EQed right, it'd be super!

intro is different
i think the ride cymbal needs sorting out as to me it sounds like a standard preset, (no disrespect) tune overall is ok but sounds need a better mixdown, drums sound like there very compressed as much of the tune does, bass needs to be much louder in the mix too, drum pattern is cool tho, maybe change it up now and again, not bad dude.
peace.

- he uploaded a track to this site which violated the copyright of DJ Zinc

hahaha wwwwooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo bro. Wata legend for puttin up Spongebob. This is pretty dam cool bro I love it. Just needs some different elements in there to change it up a bit to make it interestin but big ups bro. MOTHAFUCKIN SPONGEBOB LEGEND!!!!
def. gives me a bizzarre vibe in the intro. Drop is nasty but could just a reversed eerie sound to let me know when I should rip my pants off. The kick drum sounds to "acoustic" and could me meatier if you catch my drift. Brain accomodates to the drum loop after a while, some switch ups would prevent this. Bring that eerie bell sound to the forefront a little more cause I likes it. The bass is nice and thick and the mix sounds good to me but I'm no pro. The only think that really stands out to me is the repetitive drums and lack of variation. Eerie vibe tho bro. Keep on this one.
