New one from me,
Been in the studio all day today and this is what
ive come up with,Its the first time ive ever been in the lab and actually made the tune that was in my head!(its a good feeling)
Any way was trying to get a real dungeony rickity vibe if that makes sense?

Nice atmospheric intro, like the dark vibe of it. The break before the drop could be shorter imo. I like the drums but the snare needs a bit more hi-end. Tbh the whole track lacks hi, mid-hi frequencies. One more layered break could do the track more interesting. If you want that
Some variations on the bass would be nice as well. With a little more work this will be a wicked tune but i enjoyed it this way also

i think it could do with some filling out tho, maybe ur going for the minimal thing, but personally i would like to hear a bit more roll in the drums and also a bit more impact overall
still, defo enjoyed it man, and respect for getting the tune in ur head out onto the computer! (i'm still nowhere near that haha)
wicked stuff nice intro good buid up liking those voices maybe drop a speech sample before the drop [guess u already got but cant upload for legal reasons]also maybe filtered pad in this area,i thought this had finised 3.37 but drops back in djs are gona panic, i really rate this tune a day very well spent

Really powerful intro. Super quality sound design. Love the minimalistic drop. After the drop the sound diddn't hit me as thick as I would like. Excellent concept, execution and overall sound but personally I'm not a huge fan of the sine only bass. Give the bass some distortion or some sawtooth and LFO action. The drums also sound a bit thin or not as thick as I hear they should be. Definitely don't be abashed to get another sample going along with it (off time or perfectly synced, needs some midrange umph). Also get some nuance in there. Like some drum flams with some bass whips. Also don't know about the super long silence before the second drop. But really this is a very talented piece of work. Not going to lie I'm impressed. On its way to a out of control serious VALVE SYSTEM BANGER.
Not your best but still good. Love the basslines. Definitely sounds inspired by Optical and Ed Rush. Most of your tunes do actually.
Love the droning sound FX and melodies in the background too. What's troubling me with this a tad is the fact that mix is sounding a bit thin. The sub is barely audible and the kick is not thumping hard enough. Same with the snare.
Otherwise, this is a decent tune. It's obviously early days but it's a good start so far.

I know what you saying,the sub needs a bit more oommpphh in the mix
I think the beats are alil thin as im using compresion on the track
might add an xtra layer after compresion for a bit more bite!

Good job philbee sounds cool mate! good work...I got no problems just think the drums good be a little louder..it just sounds a little empty without them. Some elements seem quiet to me. But overall I think this is a pretty sick track
Iv got a bloody good laptop with up to date software
and this site is the only one that cant play a tune
if I could hear it Id remark and rate it
