Please check out my new track 'Dance With Death' and post your comments here!

Pretty much finished, still not sure about the drum mixing, something still sounds wrong....been running out of ideas for dnb tunes lately so this may be my last track for a few months...got some dubstep and hip hop tracks im working on at the mo so they should keep me busy....

Love it mate. Sounds kinda empty at points tho and a bit flat during some of the drops, especially the beats. They don't sound full enough to me. They are not thumping my ears enough.

It's still a great tune tho. Melodies work really well together and the vibe is very nice indeed. Deffo reminds me of Ed Rush and Optical, like your other tunes. Is that where you're influences come from?

Cool stuff. Cool

Yeah just some emphasis on the drums. Excellent intro sounds and atmosphere really quality. Drop needs a tiny bit more tension. Mabey drop some stuff out and give it some room for a tensionous build. The only real thing that stands out to my ears is like you said the drums. You can try doubling the track and EQ each different track one more mid and one with a thicker low freg. Also try to increase the length on the main kick there and let it pulse. Really tho phenomenal quality. Really does sound like you got some influence from Ed Rush & Optical (my personal favorites, nothing rivals wormhole). Don't lose the drive just keep listening to tracks and fantasizing about the big day of fame/billz for your work. Peace

I don't hear nothing wrong with the drums, or it should be that they sound very mono. Try to run them through 2 mixer channels , one lo-passed which is strictly mono, one hi-passed with a tad of stereo, this will also improve the presence of the highend of the drums and add sparkle to them.
And while I'm at it, I think there are anti-breaks (the other break you play every once in a while) that would work much better than this one.
Good tune!

I also think that the drums need wider stereo field as BD said, and could be a bit louder. The snare maybe a bit overcompressed and it has too much hi-end imo. Apart from these things i enjoyed it a lot very good tune. Bigup

tune! bassline is wicked. drums are on the weaker side of things, Id try adding a tiny ihghpassed reverb of drums layer on top, especially since the hits are short and that wouldnt drown the drums much

else everything else is spot on, keep making these killer basses Drummer

can't really add much about the (wicked) bass work since ur last version, drums sound better in this version, shuffles sound more prominent with those rides in there Bigup

i'm missing something but can't put my finger on it Tongue and thats a nit pick, wicked tune mate Big Grin
