I buy tonnes of CDs, books, and other items from Amazon and always receive a high level of service. I ordered a pair of Sony headphones a few months ago. Ordering was easy, they arrived a few days later and they were cheaper than most places. Sometimes I drive there to pick up the stuff, it's about 2 hours drive from here. But lately I am more and more ordering at local distributors, I find it more and more convenient to be able to phone someone at the distributor when something goes wrong.
