Happy new year all, for the new year i decided to go back and finish tunes that ive just left sitting around, this one is at the bottom of the player and available to download, its more of a fun tune and my girl has been on at me for ages to finish it properly, Please let me know what you think as its VERY DIFFERENT!!!

haha very different indeed, nice sample there haha funky as hell!
defo pushin the boundaries with this one i actually think its produced really well, sounds well balanced generally - good work!
that lead is very pendulum eh, not sure i "get" the whole combination (personaly opinion only) but thats not a criticsm at all on the production, structure / flow or melodies - alll workin really well together

Agree with Ketz on this one... both styles are so far from eachother that it's almost impossible to match them.
You could try and use the sample as a main theme and add only natural sounding elements to it. When all works out you could end up with something like DJ Vapours' Mr. Mingus tune.

I know what you mean with totally diffrent styles within one track... This one really is risky I know but I promise you it don't get boring for ages, like many of my tunes may sound cool after a few plays:-/
This one has a longer life time if you catch my drift, I did do my best with the samples I used then playing my own things on top and try to blend it as much as I could, wierd tho I totaly understand, 1950s mixed with dnb...
