You can't upload directly to the site because the files are usually very large. The best thing to do is like c0rksteria said: either upload to a file hosting service or to the FTP as mentioned in that thread.
The FTP is the easiest solution for me, I can get the pack from there and put it in the samples page directly.
Send me a PM when you have uploaded a pack, and I will put it online asap.
