Loved the first section. Lots of fresh ideas and sounds. Yeah, definitely a bit too bass heavy and too much compression. Go easy with that side of things. The beats are breaking up. They are very, very squashed. Sometimes the kick is almost inaudible. I suspect that is due to the kind of compression or side chaining you have. The track gets a bit messy as it progresses. There doesn't seem to be enough elements holding the thing together. It almost sounds like a collection of different tunes, rather than a single tune. But like I said, lots of good ideas here. Maybe do something with it so it's not so bright! When it drops, it's much better, that stuttery feel is wicked, really does make you nod your head. Beats are good but the snare is a bit gritty and doesn't gel with the rest of the beat. Mixdown sounds pretty sweet, maybe the drums area little too low in the mix.
