Please check out my new track 'Chronophobia' and post your comments here!

EZ Peeps

Newly sorta finished tune. Couldn't really post as a preview at 7 minutes long!!! Lol, got carried away with the arrangement and it definately needs to lose a minute or so.

More twisty and neuro than usual but retaining a bit of my usual atmospherics I hope

Ratings and slatings welcome as usual as long as they're constructive Bigup

Hey,

Nice to see a new track up. At first I read the title as 'Cornucopia'- too much Thanksgiving fever in the States!.

Intro is nice, nice tension building.

Drop is really cool- you're really going places with your neuro bass.

I would turn the bass up a bit throughout- maybe boost the low-mids.

Nice little drum and bass edits throughout.

I think you could use a stronger bassline after the second drop- then evolve it to the one you have currently.

The last half of the track seems to be wanting to go much more ambient and atmospheric- I think it would work if you could add it a much stronger build. Keep going higher and higher with those pads. You could definitely cut out a minute here.

The bass filtering in the second half is really nice.

Breakdown at 5:54 is super sweet!

Outro is really nice- I like the reductive aspect of it and the discordant vocals at the end.

Good tune all around, production quality is solid as usual Bigup

ez BH - yay more twisted neuro shizzle! Bigup like the intro, seems a bit darker than some of ur other stuff - more please!

yes mate, definately feelin the neuro bass and the edts (although would prefer some more to the beat, maybe a tad more rollin in the mid range?)

arrangement could be squeezed together more, just to maintain a bit more interest (again personal pref lol)

love the synth after the second drop good work!#

as Ethan said over production quality sounds good as always

great stuff man - would love to hear u do more dark neuro shizzle - keep em coming! D

That twisty reese is awesome. Really loving it, especially after that intro, it built up the atmosphere pretty well perfectly. The beats are punchy, but a little sparse, there's not much going on in them in terms of shuffles or rolls. Not really feeling the drop around 3.40 Kinda switches to a more jump up feelin. I think it should carry on the dirtyness (imo) Good tune tho mate, feelin it.

Alright captain Havoc.

NIce intro there my son. Sound real pro mate. Feel like I'm in outta space at the moment Wink

NIce drop. Mybe push a bit more sub into you bass though. Like those drums alot.

Real nice synths mate. This remind me of Fixation by Ed Rush & Optical (check it out in my Youtube link in my sig if you dont know it)

Nice second drop. I was expecting something a bit heavier, but it is still pretty cool.

Nice atmosphere captain. I would of brought this 8 years ago, without a doubt. Not that I'm saying it is dated, just havn't brought any tunes for quite a few years Wink

After thought: You have got the potential to have two fantastic tunes there. Maybe work on a new ending for the first half and create a new track out of the second.

firstly, shit, I've used the same vocal sample in a tune im workin on "you can't stop fate", wicked sample i might hav 2 change that now tho lol. haha i work on tunes sometimes an they're stupidly long, its a bitch tryin to get them shorter. Not much to say about this 1, its preety gud, mix downs loud, drums sound fat, and the basslines dirty. The only thing that I'd say is the sub is playing different notes to the main bass synth at times which didn't sound quite right to me. wicked tune tho

Interesting intro, I think that the vocal was a bit to loud. The drums sound really crisp. I like the bassline too.

Honestly, I don't really listen to much Neuro, I nee to though.

is a bit long i agree, would be ok if you filed it out a bit more....loving the intro pads....very eerie....bass builds well.....nice vocal sample......takes a long time to build....needs more variation to sustain interest...........kick ans snare sound nice and big, maybe more mmid-range shuffles would increase the energy a bit, cool edits through-out....id turn the mid-rnge bass up a bit, sounds a little weak, should be more upfront....2nd section sounds a bit out of place imo....id stick with the original dark theme that the intro suggests all the way.....mix sounds nice and clear tho, i think turn the mid-range bass up and more persussion on the drums to make em more energetic....fine stuff tho, very nice!

a bit slow on the uptake this.

i think this tune is in two minds of what it wants to be
on one hand it wants to be slow deep track, on the other it wants to be a fast, chunky neuro stepper.

i would like to see what this tune could be if you went "full-bore" on the fast neuro tip.

production is real tight tho.

Hi!

Nice one, beats are excellent, so the bass, fine build up.

I would bring up the pads a little bit (I always tend to do that).

At some points the track feels a bit empty (specially after the buildup around 3:45). You could consider adding more stuff to it.

Also, the intro might be a little bit too long.

But nice one anyway!

hi mate, intro is cool lots of good tension building
the vocals are really good. the main part seems to come in to low for some reason? it sounds wicked tho that sub sits in there amazingly ( how do you do that) anyway yeah maybe a little long but killer track mate.

Oops, forgot to review this one...

Agree with 7G with the slow uptake thing. Takes too long to get going for me. I'd rather you start straight off from the vocal samples.

Love the twisty bass and funky vibes once it gets going. Love this style - reminds me of Teebee a bit. Good melodies.

I didn't like the vocal samples around 3.00. It stalls the energy of the tune and they are too long.

Beat patterns and edits are nice but they sound a bit thin to me. In fact, the whole mix is sounding small. It doesn't really grab you by the balls. It's lacking drive I think.

EQ issues aside, this is a really nice tune. Like I said, I'd cut the vocal samples at 3.00 and just continue rolling out those neuro-funk vibes.
