Is it possible that you changed the song already? I listened to it once on Friday, but I seem to remember the choir in the beginning went on and on (probably my hazy memory again... 
)
I think you should make this track as devilish as possible 
use the opening choir more often and make a part in the middle with no break but all kinds of creepy sounds
Too bad the guys here don't seem to like the choir in the beginning, probably they're all pink fluffy happy people 
The break really drops too sudden and too loud in the beginning, Surya's right on that. You should build it up a little more.
The voice sample is great, did you rip it from a horror movie?
The bassline and stabbing chords follow the lead all the time, maybe you can try a different melody for the bass?
Mixwise...
in the beginning the break is too loud, and in the middle part the revolving lead sound is a touch too loud too. The break sounds and feels great.
