A little something that I made after i had a long trance production period, I'm sure you all missed me
lololol.
Well anyways, I'm sure you all can hear the trance influence, I'm still not fully into the DnB mindset but I'll get on it, been missing some grime in my production!
A little emotional piece that I made in a few hours.

we've missed that melodic trance influence on here lately
really nice intro man very dreamy / euphoricish. good work here, as usual melodies are really good, i'm feelin the vibe (been getting a tad trance influence in my tunes too latey hehe)
so main critique - i think u could have more to that beat could do with some more movement / roll (extra layer) i think the kick could maybe be a bit bgiger n snare could do with a little more fattenin up
maybe one more synth in some of the sections (where theres pads only) just to maintain a little more interest? (may be an "imo" thing u could even just put more fx to do that)
still overall really feelin this man - wicked stuff!

Love the melodies.
A little cheesy and Euro trance-ish but still good I reckon. With better EQing this could be a really nice radio-friendly tune. What DAW do you use mate? If it's FL, I'd be quite willing to have a go at cleaning this up for you. For instance, the beats are a bit simplistic and quiet. They are really lacking oophm. Also, many of the sounds are in the same frequency range and the whole thing lacks clarity as a result. Makes it sound muddy too.
But overall, a nice tune I reckon. Let me know if you want me to clean up this bad boy.

A few hours?!?! Killer, I wish I could work that fast. Theres some great melodic ideas in this one, real catchy aswell. Definitely radio friendly. The EQ is a little muddy, it could do with a lot more separation of the elements in there, just to give each bit room to breathe and create the space needed for the euphoria and I do hate this word but it is the only thing I can use to describe lol. Drums could also use a lot of work. The track is there, it just needs cleaning up!
Beats sound quite compressed tho and don't stand out enough unless you're going for that restrained power sound. Maybe one or two change ups needed aswell eg more percussion.
the arpeggio at 1:30 is very trancey ! Sounds good tho. like the riff that comes in 1:53 . Very nice. would be good to hear it on it's own tho. All the parts fit nicely.
The breakdown is euphoric as fuck ! the choir-ish bit works well.
Not really my kind of dnb but definitely some gret ideas. Early John B esque in a way which is no bad thing.
Clear and present trance influences, but it's not trance DnB, it sounds very sophisticated.
The hihats seem to be pressed away by kick and snare which sounds a bit unnatural right now.
Nothing else to go mad about.
