wow long time no see! very original piece here lots of variation from the get go. again i won't criticise for the "random" intro as i thinks its good to push the boundaries
fuckin heavy when it drops think that reece could be toned down a tad? takes up a bit too much space imo would be nice to have the focus more towards the sub
Bit of a bizarre name, I guess you're into warcraft or some role playing business or something! Like the vocals in the intro. The beats don't have much body to them and some of the melodies and samples used sound a bit weird and not right to me. Sounds like you're trying to do something original but I'm not sure it's worked. Overall I think it's a bit cheesy and cluttered for my taste.

i think you're right about the bass, I'll shit more to the subs, that's how the mix is all geared towards is the bass there, that's why the drums seem to not have as much body in the rest of the song.

marukomu, i was listening to your myspace and i agree compared to yours, this is a lot more layered, then your style..
cluttered i don't think so. cluttered mixes are usually characterized by other elements being drowned out.it sounds to me good there. it's not minimalistic tho by any means.
sincerely tho, thank you for the comment of originality, that means more than anything else. that's really the only direction i strive for, everything else is just a means.

For my linkin, there is overall a tad too much distortion on several elements but you probably wanted it that way.

If I were you, I’d take down the volume of some things like the recee and focus more on the drums. I think the tune would overall benefit from punchier drums (and with a bit more depth) that are leading through your nicely done, slightly evil sounding, soundscape.
Overall it’s an original tune but I’d work it some more.
i try to punch up the drums, layer some more beef on, and i think i'll do up some more vocals for it, i wanted to do a very much more vocal style of music. good quotes. anyone one got a suggestion for not needing emotion?
like a prayer to forgo all emotion.

This is very different to what I've been hearing very original I enjoyed the beginning the ahhs and the soundscapes. After that I thought the kicks and snares lacked some quality.... I think the problem the song went in so many different directions. But overall pretty cool ideas. At 21sec I didn't so much like that beat it was a little muffled.
I love everything about this tune except the drums. They are, as people have pointed out un-punchy. The beats are however nicely grooving. Nice work on the melodies and synth lines, they are oddly compelling. Drops are huge!

once it drops everythings is allright ; the choirs do their job right & the atari/nintendo sounds work fine aswell ;
second drop @ 1:40 is powerfull as fuck !!
i'm diggin the tune ;
my only advice is to turn up the low frequencies
this one could be a banger

i ent reallyfan of tunes like this i always think john peel he wud luv it now thats attualy a fuckin massive compliment but i know u a gud producer so i am listing tryin to hear it on a techniqcal level i can apriceate that but it means i cant really say alot mix is good
no i dont think the mix is cluttered i jus read that but busy .....er... yer than piccadilly circus in rush hour on a sunny xmas eve.
drop @ 1:40ish that atually made me lol as the kdiz say cudnt help. i guess iam just ignorant if i dont make me wana stomp n swing my arms n boo shake her sexy bits i dont like but serriously, i do aprrecate wat u doin here. 2 me this is like an artists sketch book, full of inspiration n ideas, i just wudnt frame it.

I first thought Ataraxia has something to do with Atari
first intro beat is not really fitting, Id ditch it cause the second one is more fitting
is this low on volume. oh but when it drops I realize it is, the sound levels vary greatly which is cool as in dynamics wise but IMO once it drops it shouldnt vary in volume so much
got that halph bizzarety alright, but it sounds empty at times, especially in the parts with vocals only, what I think are the buildups to the drops
drums could be fatter cause all the synths playing at once kinda overwhelm them, they do not collide with each other though but theres just too much of them at once and the beats are weak
I can hear improvement in sound quality over the time so ups for that. its got level issues which need to be adressed. the tune itself is not to my liking, I prefered the guitarish stuff you did, there was a NIN remix I think you did. more of that!
