Please check out my new track 'Space Age Redone' and post your comments here!

Still a work in process but took a bit to work on the bleeps, and I'm having an issue with Camel Space atm. Still a work in progress but want to see what yall think! I saved it a lil too loud on the main mixer so turn down at the beginning and adjust to ur settings

RespeKt!

Needs a clearer structure, it's drifting a bit.
This tune needs to build up tension in the intro.
The bassline should be more groovy, a pattern over more bars could help I guess.
It is indeed too loud, it's clipping like hell, but that's a minor issue.

Songs based on space are always the best. The little laser synth ran through a phaser at the beggining could have the highs turned down a bit I think. The background noises are great! That bass that comes in to introduce the drums is cool, but kind of unexpected, the drums are sick though, really loud, but adds to the suspense and quality. It transitions back to the more ambient part a little awkward. Wow 2:40 made my subwoofer go crazy! After hearing much of the song the little transitions sound better, it kind of grows on you, in a good way. I think the laser sound though doesn't have to be used as much.

Great track!

i dont like the bassline that much, destroys the track a bit. maybe because its way too loud. could need variation, but that goes for the other elements of the tune aswell.
as i wrote in your previous edition, the spacey intro is really good.

maybe you could try to keep the track more atmospheric? not a wobbling bass, jazzy melody... thats just an idea though Big Grin

Good build everything was sitting really nice with the drums and the bleeps at the beginning. It was very bass heavy I thought.....But I really liked it though mate great ideas....It kinda just dropped out of nothing but everything was very loud and the beat got lost in the bass.

Overall mate Nice track. It's cool

I like the intro, it's crazy, a lot of work went into that I can imagine. Big drop! I love the snare, it sounds pretty oldskool rave Smile the second drop is crazy distorted, it might need a little taming. There isn't much variation either so a few more noticeable change ups could work. Great work in progress tho!
