It never gets out of 3rd gear. It needs a section where everything is rollin full-on. The bassline melody is very good. It's certainly got my head bobbin. But it sounds very muffled to me because it's lacking highs. I'd think about layering another bass on top with a decent amount of highs. A bit of extra distortion would also help the bass sound. By the way, I really don't like that DC FX sample. Sounds out of place to me. But overall, an interesting listen. Could use a sharper and a short kick and a snare so it sounds solid.
