Please check out my new track 'Taking This One Back' and post your comments here!
Different to the projects I've been making lately, a bit more steppin and different twists and turns! Made all samples and bass.. 4 snares, 2 kicks and used Reason 4 of corse!
Enjoy!

Fits your typical sound very well.
Those drums sound super phat and even without a rolling break layered on top the drums sound great.
Good bass action. Nothing to complain.

Huge beats!
Very cool bassline as well. Like Battle said, the beats roll well even without any ghosts or fancy hi hat work. Not so keen on the synthline around 1.25. Doesn't gel with the bassline very well. Kinda sounds off key as well. Because you have super phat beats and a super phat bassline it does occassionally get a bit crowded in the low frequency range. It could definitely benefit from some EQ tweakage - i.e., reduce some of the lows on the bass or the beats (probably the beats if it was my choice). Apart from that, this is a very cool tune!

For me this is probably the best tune I've heard on this site (mind I've not been here long).
I wish they’d give us a bit more quality on the imbedded player!
I love the step bass and the beats and the generally analogue sound to the whole thing, it gives it that dark techno feel !
I’m also glad you’ve made everything yourself, I like to make all of my sounds.
My only critic would be to the high synth sounds prominent until the drop at 0:43 they sound a bit Casio keyboard could do with some widening or maybe distortion, but you may have left it clean to contrast the dirty feel, it’s your tune!.

anyway the track, i like the ideas in there but it sounds a bit empty at the min, i like the bass melodys but they repeat a bit much. the snare needs more knock aswell i think.

I'm liking the old skool Swift, Johnny L vibe.It has those nice subtle stabs, pauses and change ups that keep the track interesting w/o switchin the whole vibe of the tune.
Cool track just bump up the sub

really like the high-pitched synth in the intro, nice build up, maybe a few more fx and drum variations would keep things a bit more interesting....like the bassline when it comes in, gets addictive after a while....think the drums defo need more variation to em, sound a bit repititve....nice and punchy tho, kick and snare nice and clear...mixdown in general is quite clear...everything seems to have its own place...i think a few more drum edits and more automation etc throughout would keep things a bit more interesting....good stuff overall tho, nice drum work!
