This version does indeed sound better. Well done. The low frequencies are bigger and the overall sound is clearer. However, there are still a few changes that could improve the sound. The bass, for instance, occupies the mid range well but it needs to be layered with other bass that is low (occupying the low or low-mid range), slightly distorted and centred. This would really boost it. I would still reduce some of the stereo panning on the existing bass because it sounds too wide. Having lots of stereo panning on a bassline isn't usually a good idea, and this tune is no exception. Also, the beats should be layered once it drops because they sound a bit sparse right now. They sound a bit too clean as well - a bit of distortion/dirtyness would help them.

Some remarks: the snare does not fit really with the rest of the kit imo. It's too toppy, especially in the tail, it makes it sound like it sits on top of the drums, instead of blending in.
When you do ghost hits on the snare, also put a low pass filter on it (in addition to reducing the volume). Also a good trick is to pitch it down slightly on ghost hits. This adds a lot of life to it.
There is not much of a melody in there, and the bass is pretty much inaudible on my nearfields. There are these wide spacy soundeffects going on which substitute bass and lead melodies.
Mind the placement of these effects in the stereo field, they have some kind of widening and panning effect on them but the general feel is bang in the middle along with all the rest. This gives a bit of a boring stereo image.
The feel and rhythm is very good though, i like it overall.
