Hi, can someone help me with some maths. Huh

when I was at college we were shown an equation that helps you to work out what delay times to use on a certain bpm, but I cant remember how to do it.
I know u can just use tempo sync on some pluginz, but the delay Im using at the moment hasnt got it.
anyway Ive been wrekin my head trying to work it out, so if anyone knows wot Im talkin about.... please help Crying

I use reason 4 and it has tempo sync. That is what I use.
Here is a tutorial that tells you how to calculate delay time. For any tempo.
