This was just an experiment. I have FINALLY mastered the sound of Current Value! Tell me if this doesn't sound VERY close to his sound and I swear I'll slap your face IN THE FACE! xD Tell me what ya think !

Bass definitely needs boosting. The melody is solid but it's quite difficult to hear the bass even when the volume is turned up. It sounds muffled too, is it being compressed a lot? It has that restrained sound, which personally I'm not a fan of.
The beats are very solid. They are a little too noisy and dominant for my own tastes, but others will deffo like this. They have a nice groove to them. But beats like this always sound like they are stuck on a fill pattern to me, if you know what I mean.
The intro is a little empty, but otherwise the structure is good. As an experiment this is a very good exercise. Well done.

Intro sounds cool at first althought it does seem to drag on for a bit because it doesn't change up dramaticaly. Some of those ambient sounds are cool though at the start. As far as the breakdown goes i think its a bit of a let down as it doesn't really build up the track much. The structure of the breakdown is fine its just the feel of it doesn't seem right. The drums are techy as and i'd imagine it woulda been pretty hard to get em sounding like that. They're structured rather nicely. The thing that bugged me was that it sounded more like a metal track than a dnb tune.
really fucking good start!
. Intro needs some work to keep it interesting and i'm not sure i like the fade out before the drop. Beats could do with some mixing, some of the rides are too loud while other sounds get lost. Bass definetaly needs to be turned up a bit to dirtyy up the mix. Snare it good but becarefuol to not over use it. When it is pitched down during the fills, it loses it's correct space, look at changing the the relese/decay for the fill.
Structure: Change-it-up and finish the song. Really good work. look forward to hearing a complete version.
