yeah sure...i know it takes time to upload,it states that, but when the task is complete,there is nothing there. on one occassion their was an email to say that i need to download and razor and lame, but once you have them, it says you must drop the lame folder into razor.......ok????? then what??? what do you open next??? where does my tune come into it?? i aint got a clue man.........

I sent you that email. You are trying to upload files in the formats AAC and CDA, but you need to upload MP3 files. There is an error message that appears after the upload is finished that explains this. Basically you can't use iTunes to convert your files, they are not compatible with the site.
In the email I sent you are instructions on how to convert your files to MP3, using LAME and Razorlame. I am assuming that you are using Windows, if you use MacOS or Linux you can't use RazorLAME.
You should install RazorLAME first, then unpack the LAME package inside the RazorLAME folder (download links are in the email you received). Then start RazorLAME. You will use RazorLAME to convert the files.
I'm sorry but I don't have time to give a more detailed explanation now, but if you search for LAME on the forum (and on google) you can find some posts that explain it in more detail.
