Hi guys and gals its been a while!! This is a track i had planned on remixing a while ago but never really got around to it.as usual i still have to add some more stuff but i would like some feedback at this point.i hope everyone is well and ty for taking the time to listen to this track thanks to vice for letting me remix this

Hello, this is my first review here.

In my opinion this track needs more work...

I'll start off with the drums, I think you should add some compression there, it seems to be a bit lifeless, and this reflects on the whole track. Also, the bassdrum seems to be a bit weird, try to pitch it up a little bit, it might be too deep.

The bassline also needs some work, it's not bad but the low pass filter you used to fade it, seems to cut too much at the end, and you only hear a deep mumble at some points. Try to work on on it.

You could also add more effects or something in the background, at some points it feels a bit empty. (Specially after 1.30)

On the other side I liked the voices, I think it fits in the style you targeted.

But for an unfinished dark dnb track it's a good start.

Bass sounds panned to the left, in fact everything sounds panned to the left --> Bad idea.
Good sounds, good tension building, intro is a tad on the long side. This stuff has potential.
Could do with a good hook. Mixdown could be a bit more clear.

its way to wide, did you hard pan everything??

its a shame cause i think the tune is great.
good melodys nice dark vibes and some good vocals.
sort out the panning and give us another listen.

maybe bring out the mids more on sum of those synth basses, get a few more change ups on the melody for a hook like BD pointed out

I would like to hear more variations on the beat tho - just to make it more bad buoy Wink
