Got a couple grand? 
There have been hundreds of analog synths made over several decades. There is not one single machine that can be seen as "the best", since these all have their own unique sound and features.

is there any that fall in my price bracket off £200 - £250
or should i stick with my soft sythns for now?????

You could find some second hand in that price range, try looking for a Juno or SH-101 on ebay
