I am testing it just now, and it is great (beside some troubles with scrolling and no-plug ins).
BTW it works blazingly fast.

I've seen some occasions where it doesn't run all that smooth yet, but hey, it's a beta and it's free and there's always Firefox, so no problem!
If Google can pull this off together with online office applications then Windows will be reduced to a SOS: surf operating system

And the first exploit has been found: the whole thing (all tabs) crashes when a certain combination of symbols is present in a web adress, even when just hovering such link.

One big fat disadvantage for Chrome is the End User Licence you have to agree with.
It states that all content that is brought onto the internet by it's users can be changed, spread or refused by Google (?)
Google is going to remix your tunes, great idea
They also state that by agreeing to the EUL you allow them to show advertising based on the content of the pages you watch. Way to go guys.
Microsoft wants your money, Google wants your privacy.
Unless this EUL get's changed I'm no longer using this browser.

LOL. if that is correct than its conflicting with the UN agreement which was signed by ALL countries in the WORLD and its all about you guessed it - human rights. Muaddib is lawyer, Im sure he can explain this better
that must be either a mis/wrong typed EULA or the google peeps are entering our lives through the backdoor

It's pretty good, but nothing to stop me using my trusty, pimped up Firefox!

They allready admitted that their legal departement made a mistake while making the EULA and have changed it allready.

Oh, yeah, Google does mistakes on such important matters every day.
I begin to wonder whether they tested it to see if anyone would notice.

Yeah, I love my Firefox with all my plugz. But Chrome is SO F**KING FAST AT RENDERING PAGES!!! I really don't know how they did this trick, but it is the fastest browser out there.
I have been testing Apple Safari, and it was a browser that rendered pages a lot faster than the other browsers (firefox, ie) but it cannot even get near Chrome in that.

Same here. Firefox is so simple and efficient. I don't 'believe' in Google anymore anyway. They ruined it for me when they agreed to China's censorship laws. Cowards.

I've noticed some pauses too, but not like 3-4 seconds long. Anyway, it's beta.
IE is still crap in version 7.

I'm using it too now. It's pretty good for a beta. Nice fast scrolling.
Little bit of a pause when clicking on a link but then the page appears instantly.
Resizeable text input boxes!!
