So i open Reason 4.0 and then i open cubase sx3, open a new file, and i try devices==> reason. And then it says "Can not use reason, Close reason and try again" so i try, but still no luck?
Just installed cubase for the first time btw.

Ok well you got some choices
You can either
Load the rex file into a Dr rex or nnxt, route the output to the rewire output device either directly or via a mixer and then turn on the relevant rewire channels in cubase (devices > reason > switch on the channel)
Or
just load the rex file into an audio channel in sx3 as cubase supports the rex format as well
