Google includes Google Suggest in Search Queries, so that users can immediately see results based on their typed queries. It is present in the standard google search box, and it's a pretty damn nice feature, if you ask me.
On the typed word "drumnbass" we turn up fourth.
Just go to google.com and test it out for yourself!

Good stuff. Although I cannot imagine it not to have been there forever lol. I'm so used to this in the firefox google search bar, that it only seems natural to see this on google.com too

Yeah, I use that search bar which brings up suggestions, but I wasn't able to do that with the site itself.
Plus, there wasn't the result count on the suggested queries.

This will definately set back the number of hits on "typo sites", which can be a good thing because some are fraudulous. A similar feature should be included in standard browser adress bars.

Same here, search bar forever, I even use it as a spell checker if I don't know the spelling of a word, I just start to type it and will see if it pops up a lot of times. Helps most of the time

i have edited my about :config in firefox to show the spell checker in all boxes, but this is much easier!

I also use the spell checker but sometimes, with long words, it just keeps showing the red dotted line and it doesn't give a usable usggestions.
