Staying on the more techier side of D&B made this in just under a week, a project that gives a darker side to the D&B scene!! Inspired by some of Current Values work has given me the idea for a while to make a track like this!

The focal point of this tune is definitely the drums, that being said, i reckon to maintain the interest for the entire track length you really have to make some crazy change ups in the patterns, at the moment it's a bit repetative and goes on a bit. That being said, from what I can hear the mixdown is pretty good and the samples underneath are definitely working with the overall track. Just get something else in there to keep the interest there for the whole tune.

I Like the rollin groove of the track, overall it sounds good, but nothing stands out in terms Lead Or bass! Maybe some kind of lead there in the midrange, or just something to fill the track up while its rolling along, but underneath that real solid beat, nice.

like the drums and the structure, quite good. imo it dont need some huge switches or buildups, keep it minimal. drums f.e could be filtered at times slightly.

Deffo agree with c_ctrl. It's certainly got potential but it's too repetitive atm, imo. It gets more interesting around the half-way mark when you tone down and alter the beats tho. I can hear a bit of (unwanted?) distortion in the mix - as if the levels are being pushed too far and the sound is starting the break-up and crunch.
A good tune, even tho it's not really my style.

Sounds very centered.
Drums sounds compressed to death (harsh limited sound). Good dark atmosphere.

defo a really dark, current-value-evol-intent-esque feel to this track...lol i like the laughter vocal sample....drums sound a bit messy tbh and a little repititve, more edits and variations, automation etc would keep it interesting....defo needs more changes in this track, not much else going on apart from drums...drums sound a little distorted to...maybe a distorted break pushed too much or too much compression/ limiting on them?

cool, nice rolly hats to start us off with nice eerie pads and fx to build up suspense. might be a tad too long before the sub bass line drops but i like the edginess of it. sample is pretty cool
build up a little too much for me, should of released it earlier, wait is that the beat?ok...
i like the darkness of it but i keep waiting for a big release. production is pretty good however, just not really my cup of ta y'know.
this is something id like to remix maybe, spice it up a bbit.
that beats really getting to me now sorry!
thats better, a wee break down, though again doesn't really semm to lead anywhere. you got some good sounds and ideas, let down only by the repetitve beat. it would have a lt more impact cut with a more "banging" beat i feel.
