"Raise Some Hell" By:Nick and Erina Z (feat Erina Z)
We have been working on this tune for about 2 weeks. Erina recorded her vocals and wrote the mellody and I edited them. It's a lot different of a tune than we usually like to make, we are doing our best to think outside of our normal capacity. I spoke with Erina and she said she would like to offer the sound files to anyone that would like to re-mix the tune. If you are interested, please let us know. Thanks for listening. Cheers.

Very hiphoppy, don't usually like that but in this case it works really well, especially with that bass! The vocals are cool, if a little unclear, I'd want to hear them a bit more, boost them out in the mix. Maybe thats not the vibe ur goin for tho. Beats are crisp too. Good work mate.

like the drop, nice groove here. infact really feelin that first main part. ps nice lyrics, unfortunately i can come up with no more than like 2 words normally
so in terms of suggestions the hihats could maybe have one more layer to get more shuffle but or maybe even just bring some of those wicked synth bass sounds a bit more forward in the mix.
man i would LOVE to remix this - would be happy to have a go!

At first listening i didn't like the intro, but second time when i knew what can i expect it worked well. I like the beats. The bass melody is nice. But it needs a bit more sub imo. I like that female vocals. Sometimes that reminds me of Kosheen.
Thanks for the listens and advice; we appreciate it a lot! You convinced us to do another edit and bring the vocals and percussion/hat layers up a little. We will contact you with a link when we feel the track is 100% complete. Should be by the end of the weekend.

ncie intro...very hip-hop-esque....strings are nice....drums good...would go with a harder kick myself but thats just my personal preference....vocals sit well in intro......nice transistion into dnb....some sweet scratching-style effects...they fit well...maybe an effect like reverb/ delay would help em too fit in the mix a little more....bass could be louder imo with a much deeper sub...the track lacks a really big bottom end...structure and arrangment is pretty good....another kick and snare layer or another break layered over the drums with some shuffley sounds would give the drums more groove and a quicker feel....decent tune overall....nice vocals....would love to remix this...got some real good sounds throughout....good stuff.

so origainal great musical ideas in the intro works great. i cudnt help thinking as i was listing it deserves a bit of heavyeir drop wud luv to give the re-fix a bash. the clash o sad melody vocals n punchy dmc samples is bangin

Beautiful vocal from Erina.......fuckin wicked, I'd lose the dmc snippet. Has tinges of Portishead for me which can never be a bad thing as far as emotive female vocals go
