ok guys this is my first attempt at dnb i knew nothing about dnb production before this but i been producing for 8 months (trance and its nice being creative on the drums) and am still a baby i know there is a big problem on the samples and the hi hats are to loud at the begining and also the crackle all the way threw ( if anyone knows how to get rid of this please say especially with the heavy snare patterns ) ok so hit me with constructive critic and yes thats david icke and yes this song is based on the illuminati

Nice for a first effort, it seems a bit random tho. Not really sure the direction you were trying to take in this tune. The build up is too calm, there's no tension building in it and the drop is a kind of non event with the bassline just rudely jumping in.. Try and establish an atmosphere and gradually build it it so the drop is powerful The samples in the intro could be cleaned up a tad.. I can hear the white noise and grain from the original recording, cutting in and out, these could probably be taken out with EQ-ing it.. whack a hi pass on it and it should be fine. The drum breaks need to change up a bit and the EQ-ing sorted out. Lo-cut all the drum parts to about 50 -60hZ to stop them interfering in the sub section.. boost the high end on hats to make them sparkly and boost the highs a little on any cymbal breaks to make them sheen. Snare needs to punch through and the bass drum is mixed painfully loud to a point where it doesn't gel with the break. Make sure the samples you use are of the highest quality aswell.. Mix down and compress the whole break and layer some hi-freq breaks like sparkly hats and rides. It's very, very dancey as in it sounds like fast trance. Try and filter the pads so they dont have so much low end, its all a bit muddy down in the mid and mid low ranges. It reminded me a bit of Blames tunes, have that really dancy huge pad sounds which I like a lot, this tune could, with an amount of work be pretty cool sounding! I hope this is consuctive critiscism, Good effort for a first tune mate!

Sounds more like house than dnb. It's very random, it needs more focus. It jumps through too many styles and vibes. The opening melodies are very good tho. The main bassline melody is pretty good too. Overall, the sound quality is very muddy. There doesn't seem to be any highs in the mix.
