ez boss, i just got on reason 4 too so we're in the same boat! 
live bass? recorded? or sample?
so yeah need more of a build-up i reckon, just a test eh - get some fx maybe pads in the intro
think the kick needs to punch thru more, and the bass needs more variation just looped over
but yeah man good luck with reason4 - its a wicked program let us hear sumthin when u worked on it a bit more
