It's a beginning, not the end...
No, really, you can hear you did your best, but it isn't quite right yet (no offence). But hey, that's why you put this song on here, right, to get some feedback and tips, no... 
Well, I'll try:
- Your kick (bassdrum) has some flaws here and there, it 'stutters', if you know what I mean, it doesn't sound right on certain places. Also, it sounds real 'digital', electro-ish, if you may, try using a natural kick (acoustic, real-live). Same with your hihats and crash...
- Snare is quite OK (but could be better to, try to make it a bit shorter, shorten the release)
- Your melody and synth are a bit basic, not special enough, it lacks depth and bass... Use a different kind of synth, I would say.
- The changes in snare, the little breaks,... Those I like!

Ok thanx for the comment, but i have some detailed explanation to do. It's really not meant as: "look folks what i've just made!" as you can see the title is "dnbtest". i made it in 10 minS just to try to upload it to some site. I haven't got (yet) some sort of own site on which i can get it posted. I've got some other songs that are better, but they all contain copyrighted samples, so, i preferred not to drop 'm here.
So know i know, and i won't post any test-like songs on this site anymore. Real stuff is coming up...

post all those tunes with copyrighted samples on acidplanet.com --- they don't care about that stuff unless someone actually tells on you (which is very rare)...or sectionz.com---and both are free...although what's the point in trying to rush something out if it's obviously not gonna be nearly your best work?

I send the guys here at drumnbass.be a mail in which i asked if it was ok to post that remix here, nut didn't get an answer. I guess it's no problem, since all the lyrics and beats were free to download and, within a public remix competition, i think it's quite obvious that some dnb-remixes will be posted on dnb-sites. So gonna finish it off and then post it here.

You can post it here only if you have written permission from the authors themselves!! Putting something on a website is the same as pressing it on a CD in the eyes of the copyright lawyers.
Doesn't matter if it was a contest or not, the samples are still copyrighted. Stubru definitely got written permission to publish the samples. Check out the rules with the contest for any limitations on using the samples.

Drums are a tad offbeat at some moments indeed, so fix that.
The kick sould indeed be a bit more accoustic, although I've heard worse
Your bassline isn't bad, but lacks low end. Maybe you're planning on bringing in a seperate sub?
The "melody" isn't enough to make a whole track with imo, would be boring, so bring in some new stuff too
