Please check out my new track 'Requiem Final' and post your comments here!

I’ve put in quite some more work since the last version and I tried to pay attention to what everyone said.

Main changes:
Pimped the orchestral and made it fit better in the mix…and I made the tune longer, gave it a second half plus some more variation.

Big up!

cool pads on the intro, when the intro first kicks in kinda reminds me of hard trance, like the intro hats plus when the beat come in! i dont particuarly like the fading crashes in the intro tbh high, wicked build up! i personally think it would drop better if you let it drop straight away but thats just personal preferrance. very trancy lead, i actually think it goes well with the tune and reminds me of my free party days avin it in warehouses and under tunnels Drummer my monitors r down at the moment but sounds very well done through my speakers. Spot on!

I like the intro. The drop could be cool too but needs more power imo. Like the trancy synth but you should to modulate it because its became boring after a while. The beats are too low and the snare need more high end i think. I like the melodies.

Listened this a few times and that trancy synth is very tiresome to my mind.
This version is sounds much better than the previous. On the whole i like this tune because of the atmosphere what its make. Nice work!

very dramatic trancey style intro on this one and i'm liking it.. like the half time break in the intro too very cool..

the kick drum sounds like it has abit too much low end and not enough snap to it.

i like the drop it pretty damned cool. maybe the sub could cut through a bit more..

i like the filtered beats just before the breakdown..

the breakdown itself is good as wel likin the piano sounding good!

nice build up to the second drop liking the edits there

overall good atuff

Yes, deffo feelin this one. Really love those melodies, especially during the intro and the middle section. In fact, I think the half-time stuff is stronger than the dnb sections. Not that I'm saying the dnb stuff is bad, it's still very good.

On some occasions the melodies tend to sound a big crowded and noisy. You have quite a lot of elements in the same frequency range. I'd think about trying to seperate them so that you have melodies in the low, mid and high range.

Beats are pretty good. I recognise that loop cos I used it in a track I did last year called Tempress.

Overall, a nice tune mate. I like it.

ez mate, didn't get a chance to listen to the original..

love the orchestral part in the intro, givin it that epic movie like feel - good work! nice half step

woah 1:35 - wicked build up! rise pad likin that Big Grin drop slightly dissapointed maybe switch the lead a bit make it faster (melody) for more energy?

respect on the melodies mate, i like em a lot!

really like that piano too

good break work with the edits from 4:00

i guess that lead is overused a bit - after a while it gets slightly monotonous

nevertheless, still thouroughly enjoyed this one man, main suggestion would be to somehow try to inject more energy into this one during the drop

nice one! Big Grin

like the intro, you could've sampled the requeim for a dream tune but the synths do give it a different vibe, fuckin love the requiem tune, absolutely beutiful piece of music.
the intro with the hip-hop style drums could be amazing with heavier drums, the kick in partiuclar needs to be really hard,
build up is good, not keen on the crash sound but sweet build up none the less.
synth gets annoying after a while, needs more movement to it, some automation to keep it fresh.
drums need to be more in-your-face, bigger main kick and snare would compliment the breaks and percussion nicely. it may be down to the stacks of melodies and synths that the drums sounds a little weak and lost in the mix at times.
nice drum edits at around 4:00,
bass sound is pretty phat, the synth playing along side it doesn't really fit tho,
nice tune overall, plenty of variation, jus needs some modulation on the synth and some tweaking on the drums i think to make em more pumping.
good work!
